The Zimmer R Management App is available on Google Play and App Store and is intended for property owners and hosts to manage listings, payments, calls, and bookings.
The company respects user privacy and complies with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, Amendment 13 (2025), and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017.
This policy applies solely to the Zimmer R Management App and not to the company’s websites or other third-party services.
By using the app, you fully consent to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the app.
The app may collect and store the following types of information:
Identification Details: Full name, phone number, email, bank details, ID number, and business registration number.
Account Information: Username, password, access tokens, and permission levels.
Financial Information: Invoices, receipts, and transaction amounts processed through secure payment systems.
Credit Card Data: Access to payment gateways is for transaction processing only — credit card details are never stored by the company.
Business Information: Pricing, deals, availability, and promotions.
Communication Data: Information about incoming calls from customers (via Maskyoo virtual numbers), including call logs or recordings.
Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and app activity logs.
App Permissions: Microphone access (for call recording if enabled) and push notifications.
The app does not request or access data beyond what is necessary for its proper operation.
The app integrates with external services to ensure smooth functionality:
Google Play Services / Firebase – for usage analytics, notifications, and stability.
Apple App Store Services – for app distribution and access management.
Third-Party Payment Systems (e.g., Tranzila / Pelecard / Max) – for secure payments.
Maskyoo Call System – for assigning virtual phone numbers to track calls between customers and hosts.
All of these services comply with PCI DSS and GDPR standards.
Collected information is used for the following legitimate business purposes:
Managing listings, pricing, and promotions.
Issuing invoices, receipts, and payments to property owners.
Managing reservations, schedules, and communications with guests.
Recording calls for service, support, or verification purposes.
Providing customer support, technical assistance, and financial reporting.
Complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
When using a virtual number provided through Maskyoo or another external service:
Calls may be recorded solely for service quality or verification purposes.
Recordings are stored securely on Maskyoo’s servers for a limited period.
Zimmer R only receives call metadata (such as time, duration, and numbers involved).
Recordings are not shared with third parties and are never used for marketing purposes.
The app may send push notifications for operational updates only (e.g., new bookings, payments, or system messages).
These notifications do not contain marketing or advertising content.
Payments are processed via secure, PCI DSS–certified gateways, identical to those used on Zimmer R websites.
Credit card details are never stored by the company.
All data is hosted on Google Cloud / AWS servers with encryption, access control, and backups.
Encrypted backups are maintained solely for disaster recovery and are inaccessible to unauthorized parties.
In case of a data breach or security incident, the company will promptly notify users and the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, as required by law.
Financial records are retained for up to 7 years as required by tax law.
Call data and app activity logs are retained for up to 24 months.
Users may request deletion of personal data no longer required for service operation.
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13 – 2025), users have the following rights:
Access: Request details of the data collected about you.
Correction: Request updates or corrections to inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request deletion of personal data.
Account Termination: Request closure of your account and removal of related information.
